Our Mission

To improve health and equity, locally and abroad, through infectious diseases scientific research, training, advocacy, and service.

Our Approach

Locally and abroad, we will:

Conduct impactful scientific research on infectious diseases.

Mentor and train researchers and practitioners in infectious diseases.

Advocate for health equity in infectious diseases.

Deliver infectious diseases services to disadvantaged populations.

Our History

Dr. Robert Bollinger founded the Center for Clinical Global Health Education (CCGHE) in 2005 aiming to improve health outcomes in resource-limited countries through infectious disease research and education.

Over the ensuing years, CCGHE worked with over 20 countries in realizing this vision.

In 2022, building upon this legacy, Drs. Page and Chang launched a new iteration–the Center for Community and Global Health in Infectious Diseases (CCGHE-ID).
